Our system is plug and play so you just need access to a 240V socket and be within WIFI range to make full use of the app that can be uploaded to any smart phone.
The Wedge range is IPX4 protected and designed for use outdoors and indoors. It’s at its most efficient when it has adequate circulation of air available around it. It’s recommended to allow for a clear footprint space of 2.2m x 2.2m and a clear vertical headroom of 1m. This is a must have product for anyone who is starting or already on their cold water journey.
The chiller is easy to self set up or you can opt for an engineer to set up your ice bath and chiller and show you how this amazing piece of kit works including the WiFi feature which lets you set your temperature from wherever you are so your water is at the temperature you want when you want. This was great for my muscle recovery from runs or early morning ice baths.

The Wedge Chiller is a complete game changer. No need to mess around with all that melting ice. 2 degrees is certainly cold enough. The App allows you to control the temperature remotely. I can not recommend enough. It makes daily dipping a breeze. I also can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and his team at Urban Ice Tribe. They are amazing. I am constantly recommending him and his wizard talents.

I have had my wedge for 6 months now and it is very effective at keeping the water cold. I have a 4ft stock tank, it cools quickly and is easy to manage with an app. I also have the filter system which is a good addition to help manage the water quality.
The communication and after sales service from Urban Ice Tribe has been brilliant. We self installed and set up which was manageable with the guides provided. I had a free upgrade to allow it to cool to 2 degrees after purchase and the engineer who came was fantastic. I cant fault Urban Ice Tribe or the Wedge system
