Refund, Faulty Products & Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind after your purchase, you are eligible for a refund 14 days after receiving the product.
If you had the product delivered, you are expected to pay return delivery costs to our warehouse.
Faulty Products

If the product is faulty/damaged (not including the minor bath imperfections due to their traditional manufacturing methods) – you can exchange the product if we have the same product and size in stock, or we can offer a full refund (inc. delivery). In this instance, we will pay for the item to be collected.
What is the customer’s right to withdraw?
The customer can withdraw their purchase before dispatch of the order is confirmed—please email orders@urbanicetribe.com to cancel your order. After dispatch, this will be counted as a refund/exchange, and charges may apply for delivery and a restocking cost.

To preserve the integrity of your ice bath and ensure optimal performance, it is recommended that you avoid harsh chemicals. Chemicals can damage the galvanised steel, potentially voiding the warranty and reducing the lifespan of your bath. If you need to use chemicals, always pre-dissolve them in warm water before adding them to the bath.
Our baths are handmade, so they may have imperfections such as dents and scratches. Any such marks will not affect their durability. The size of the baths may vary up to 10cm in length or width from the specified dimensions.
