• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place.

• We will provide you with an order confirmation email upon successful order placement.

1.2 Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
• Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery.
• Unless otherwise specified, we endeavour to ship all orders on the next business day after the order.

1.3 Returns and Refunds

• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

1.4 Warranties and Disclaimers

If you are a customer located outside the UK mainland and need to make a warranty claim, you must return the product to our UK warehouse for evaluation. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. If the claim is deemed valid, we will reimburse your return shipping costs at a reasonable standard rate. Please retain proof of postage, as it may be required for reimbursement.

2. International Shipping & Customs Policy

At Urban Ice Tribe, we proudly ship our products worldwide. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please read the following information regarding import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Who Pays for Import Duties & Taxes?

• For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
• Buyer Responsibility: Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will be determined by your local customs office.
• Included Duties: If we cover any duties or taxes, this will be clearly stated at checkout.

Customs Declarations & Processing

• Customs processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by local customs clearance.

• Before ordering, we recommend checking your country’s import regulations to understand any potential charges.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable customs fees unless otherwise stated.

Failure to Pay Import Duties & Return Costs

• If a customer refuses to pay import duties and the package is returned, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
• Any additional costs incurred due to the return (including return shipping fees or customs penalties) will be deducted from the refund or charged to the customer.
• If the package is abandoned due to non-payment of duties, no refund will be issued.

3. Galvanised Steel Ice Baths – Product Origin & Appearance

3.1 Handcrafted from Authentic Stock Tanks – Built for Durability, Designed for Recovery

• Please Note: Our ice baths are made from genuine galvanised steel stock tanks originally manufactured for agricultural use. As a result of their industrial nature, each tank may feature minor imperfections such as small dents, surface scratches, or sealant bulges where seams overlap—typically on the reverse side of the tank. These cosmetic variations do not affect performance or durability and should be embraced as part of the product’s authentic, rugged character.

  Due to the handcrafted nature of each unit, dimensions may vary by up to 10cm from the stated size.

  To preserve the integrity of your bath, avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the galvanised finish or void the warranty. If necessary, always pre-dissolve any chemicals in warm water before use.

  With proper care, your Urban Ice Tribe ice bath will continue to perform and endure—just as it was built to.

4. Content

4.1 Information and Content Ownership

• The Site contains information, including text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials (collectively, “Content”).
• The Content is owned by the Company or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from the Content without the Company’s written consent.

4.2 User Content

• You may submit comments, reviews, or other content to the Site (collectively, “User Content”).
• You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and translate your User Content.

• The information on the Site, including content related to cold water therapy, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
