About Urban Ice Tribe and Overview of the Role

Urban Ice Tribe is a fast-growing UK wellness brand building a global community through cold-water immersion, breathwork, and heat therapy. Our products — modular steel ice baths, commercial chillers, and mobile saunas — serve wellness centres, gyms, elite athletes, event organisers, and everyday cold-water advocates.

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee the operational performance of our online store and connected marketplaces. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to keep e-commerce systems running smoothly — ensuring product data, stock levels, and fulfilment processes are accurate and aligned across all sales channels. This role keeps our digital retail engine accurate, efficient, and fully optimised through consistent systems management and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings, descriptions, and images across platforms.
• Maintain accurate pricing, stock levels, and product data across WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces using Linnworks.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate fulfilment and inventory sync.
• Prepare and launch new products across all digital platforms.
• Review and report on sales trends, product performance, and stock movements.
• Identify and resolve technical or integration issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist with future marketplace expansion and new system integrations.

You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce operations or online retail.
• Proficiency with WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with inventory and order management systems such as Linnworks.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidence managing data, listings, and multiple platform workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for wellness, precision, and smooth-running systems.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience with multi-channel e-commerce in the wellness or lifestyle sector.
• Working knowledge of Linnworks or similar integrations.
• Understanding of logistics, fulfilment, or product supply chain processes.
• Based near Wigan or within easy reach of the Northwest.
