As the days grow shorter and we approach the Winter Solstice, we’re thrilled to invite you to our Urban Ice Tribe Winter Solstice Gathering on Saturday, December 21st, from 9am to 1pm.

It’s the perfect time to pause, reset, and welcome the light of the new season with our incredible community.

Here’s what we have in store:

Meditation & Breathwork to ground and connect
Sauna Sessions and an invigorating cold-water dip for a true hot-cold experience
Space for reflection, intention setting, and celebrating together
Warm soup, teas, and refreshments to keep us cosy

Whether you’re a seasoned cold-water enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful way to mark the solstice, this gathering will be a warm, welcoming space to celebrate and share in the community.

Details:

Arrival: 9am; Meditation & breathwork start promptly
Saunas, ice baths, and cold swims available throughout the morning
Wrap up: 1pm
Tickets: Adults £25 | Children (under 18) £5 |

Join the Urban Ice Tribe community on Saturday, December 21st, from 9 am to 1 pm, as we celebrate the winter solstice with an experience designed to connect, renew, and reset.

Embrace the shortest day of the year with an immersive morning of:
Breathwork & Meditation
Warming Sauna Sessions
Cold Water Dips
Intention setting

This gathering centred around the strength of our community. Together, we’ll create space to set intentions, share reflections, and welcome the light and renewal of the coming year.

Refreshments Provided:
Warm soup, rolls, teas, and hot drinks to nourish you.
This is a family-friendly event, and children are welcome! Please note: Saunas and lake dips are for ages 18+ only.
